@Deepak my mothers account application is rejecting saying name mismatch. We have uploaded federal bank cheque leaf which opened with the same document. Have sent you a PM also. Please respond

We appreciate your patience. As we checked, there seems to be a mismatch in name with reference to documents submitted with us. Therefore, we request you confirm if you’re in the updated version of the app (upload a cheque leaf with name information similar to your Aadhaar and PAN details) to proceed with onboarding.

There is a difference in Aadhar name and pan.we have opened federal bank account with the same document only. So can’t you proceed to open the account as per the federal bank cheque details. If not what’s the solution?
