My wealth account hasn't been created even after 15 days

Why has my account not been created even after 15 days?
I already mailed regarding this about 7 days ago and still no response.

I login and it says it’s processing my wealth account. When I emailed, they said KYC verification is done. Give us a week.
Can you please check what the issue is?

With reference to the email and screenshot shared above, I was able to view your account details. A few users are facing this issue while onboarding for Niyo SBM. This has been highlighted to our team and they are working on it. Unfortunately, we do not have a tentative timeline for it. We’ll reach out to you upon receiving an update on this from our team.
