My NIYO IFDC Bank Account is kinda freezed and no one is responding

I am unable to use my Niyo IDFC Bank Account, from last 2 dasy as it is showing negative balance also am unable to get in touch with anyway regrading this, I have tried all means possible like Twitter, Toll free number, Email , Whatsapp also the in-app ticket. Am really surprised by this worst level customer service by this company, I really regret choosing them for my salary account.
