Ticket Id - 1011618, complaint raised on 26th August, it is 3 weeks now. I am unable to use niyo sbm card for ATM /POS TRANSACTIONS. The customer care agreed for the replacement. But there is no update on further for reissue of debit card, no dispatch details found in delhivery.
It is useless to hold this account with out card. Found niyo customer care is no active.
