My niyo account is blocked or frozen

@Deepak I have shared the copy of my passport to global@goniyo.com from my registered email.I replied to the earlier mail I got for ticket 1462682.

@Deepak Its been 2 weeks and no resolution so far. Please provide a resolution and look into this on priority. I am currently outside of India and rely on niyo card for payments. Need to transfer funds to my account and still unable to do so. Very disappointed with your customer service!!

Same problem with me and it’s been 4 months and they are saying that nothing can be done.

My account has been blocked probably due to excessive transactions. Please unfreeze and unblock it, it will be a great favor to you.
