My money not transfer

Iam unable to transfer money to another account from my equitas bank account.
money struck in my account. How can I overcome this? Iam unable to withdraw money from any bank ATM also

Hey @Manusha ! As we checked, your account is Marked as Debit Freeze status by Bank. Kindly contact the Equitas support team at 1800 103 1222 on working days between 9 AM to 6 PM or send a mail at customerservice@equitasbank.com so that they can unfreeze your account.

Customer care number is not connecting since last 4 days. It will continue with IVR only. I want the branch contact number of AS Rao Nagar, Hyderabad.

How can I unfreeze my debitfreeze.
