My card is missing need a new card please help me niyo x

Hey @Deepak_Kannan! Welcome to Niyo Community!

To order a replacement card, you may have to follow these steps through your NiyoX app.

  1. Log in to the NiyoX app and block your existing VISA Platinum Debit Card
  2. Tap on ‘Order’
  3. Choose the card design as per your liking.
  4. Choose the naming style you would like to be printed on the card
  5. Tap on ‘Next’
  6. Voila! Your request for a card replacement is now placed

Note: Card delivery may take up to 10-15 days from the date you placed the replacement order. You will be charged Rs.199+GST as a card replacement fee.
