My card and app is not working properly

@ScottishBaron @Bansari the niyo app is not working properly. And it is not even updating the balance when i m adding some amount to it please resolve it asa soon as possible

@aman_goel might be there’s a glitch or server problem…refresh in the morning to check if balance is updated…if still problem persists raise a ticket

@aman_goel the sbm bank servers don’t work between 11pm to 4am indian time but apart from these hours, the money should reflect within a few minutes in your account when you make a transfer. You can also manually refresh by pulling down the home screen.
