My account is not opened

I am Dhakshin , I opened an Niyo global account and submitted all the required docs and did all the authentication but still it is showing the account will take 15 days for processing. I need it in a priority basis . So if it takes that many days there is no need of the account . I Tried mailing the customer care but no response from them. I am trying this as the last option . So please look into it . I have attached the screenshot for you reference.
