My account has been under processing for over 3 weeks

My ckyc was completed according to someone I connected with over live chat. However, my account has been under processing for 3 weeks now - far exceeding the stated 7 day timeline. How do I follow up on the same? Live chat is unfortunately not responsive anymore.
