My account got freeze!!!

My NiyoX account shows that my account is frozen…
When I tried to transfer money it shows my account is frozen please help!

When I tried to contact support they created a ticket…and the ticket ID is: 1007327.

I request to moderators that please resolve my issue as fast as possible…
