Money debited and account closed automatically

All the members here please help me I have just now recieved a mail from equitas that 5700 rs is debited from my account and my account status is closed, but I haven’t not done anything neither any kind of transaction not any kind of false link clicking nothing nothing then how where why my money is debited and how the account status automatically changed to account closed please help

Suddenly today I receive a mail that my account status is closed. Why it closed? I have around 2,500 money in my account. Please reactivate my account as soon as possible as all my money is in this account. Please do the needful.

We are students and without any notice my account was closed and all the money got deducted. I received the mail stating my PIN code fall under non- serviceable list of the bank. OK I get it but we live abroad and niyo X was only bank I used to pay my rent and withdraw cash.
What can be the solution so that my account doesn’t close and I get to use the account further.

Also about the money I don’t know how I will be getting that back.

My friend also recieved the same msg today and lost access to the account, a prior notice was required why suddenly close without any notice. I tried calling the bank but they did not answer, had mailed both NiyoX and Equitas but no reply, He had about 7.5k in my account, please tell me how to get the access or at least the amount back.

My niyox Account has been closed automatically. I received a mail stating that my account status has been changed to ACCOUNT CLOSED TODAY. And in the next mail it stated that my total funds has been debited to where i don’t know. Any update on this issue? Many of friends are facing the same issue. What can i do and how to get my money back. As slove the problem asa soon as possible.

Sir, the same issue has happened with me and I have also mailed about it. The ticket number is 2381803. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
