Hi Niyo Team,

The Karnataka Government has imposed a state wide lockdown until May 12, 2021. Is KYC process being carried out currently in Karnataka in other districts apart from Bangalore?

Is it advisable to proceed with KYC process currently?

Suggestion:
Online KYC Process should be carried out considering safety and health guidelines even after lockdown/restrictions.
Also since the process requires a photo to be clicked without face mask, this is risky to both the customer and to Niyo executive.
