My KYC was done from my end on 12 th of August. But still, my account has not been upgraded to a full KYC account. Contacted the team thrice and the one reply I get is will be fixed in 3 days.
Could anyone please provide why there is a delay if the bank has approved the KYC? And NiyoX is facing the issue to upgrade it…
