Kyc not completed from past 1 month

I am requesting every day to complete my brother’s NiyoX Account KYC biometric from past 1 month. But still its not completed… Your Ecom Express agent saying that “kyc device not working from past 2 months. Still it is not repaired or exchanged” . My area pin 713150

Its look like that you don’t have the proper infrastructure. This is totally embarrassing.
