KYC experience is poor

Hey team,
I think the first face 2 face experience with NiyoX
team is the KYC verification experience which I hate to say is really poor. The Ecom guy have visited 3times still couldn’t complete the kyc and now even the next rescheduling date on the NiyoX app is showing after 20th April.
Hate to wait.
