Kyc done. But the mutual fund account is not activated

I have completed my kyc needed for mutual fund investments. But the account is still not activated. But when I go inside to activate it shows that the kyc is done and i can start investing/importing my existing portfolio. But i can do neither. It just keeps going back and forth.

May be you can reject the kyc and i can redo it.
