KYC done at branch but doesn’t sync with Niyo

After trying many times and raising many complaints with ecom and Niyo, I did my KYC by visiting the equitas branch. There is also a ticket created and resolved for converting to full KYC account and this shows under the past tickets option in Niyo app. However Niyo still shows as KYC not done in the main app. It’s been 3 days. Why can’t Niyo just sync it so that I can get my debit card?
