KYC didn't Update

I’m completed My Video KYC on 3rd December 2021 . But still didn’t Update in NiyoX, why and I have transaction issue , I’m so many times request CallBack from Telugu Customer Care but still no response …

Hey @SATHISH_YADAV! Thanks for your time over the call. Hope I was able to address your queries. As you’ve completed your Video KYC directly with the Equitas Small Finance Bank, the status will not be updated in your NiyoX app. And the transaction issue that you have raised with us has been escalated to the bank. Our team will update the status for you at the earliest.
