KYC completed but the account is still not active

Biometric KYC was completed two weeks ago. Still the account is not fully active and under restricted status. I raised issue with customer care, but they declined to help.

I requested to close the account, as the issue were not resolved. The customer care rejected that request also.

Guys think twice before giving your data, as they will collect all your data for free and then will not take any action.
