Issue with onboarding passport file number acceptance

Hello,
This is Aayushi Tawli and my registered email id is aayushitawli16@gmail.com

I have opened my SBM niyo global card account sucessfully, but I encountered onboarding issue with passport file number acceptance. ( I was not able to take screenshot of that error, but I have encountered this error of onboarding issue with passport file number acceptance )

My passport file number is BP1061955191418 and passport expiry date is 27/02/2028. My passport is issued within India (BHOPAL , MADHYA PRADESH, INDIA).

So please tell me, my passport file number is accepted and confirmed or not???

And if not , then please help me in confirming it from your side.

Thank you for your reply :pray: so now can i apply for SBM Niyo Global debit/forex card. I need confirmation because i’m worried about passport file number if it is not fetched, i will not be able to do international transc through my card???
