Issue in login to Niyo App

Team,

This has been a frustrating experience since last month, I am not able to login to Niyo App, as it is not recognizing my Mobile number and mail id as an existing user and always prompting for creating a new account. I have installed the App updates, uninstalled and installed the new App still the same problem exist.

I am pretty sure the problem is at your end in server or account level so could you please help here immediately.
