i opened my account just now. the email Id is incorrect and the app is asking to verify my mail. kindly help
Hey Prashanth! Currently, Niyo does not have the ability to update the email address in our systems. Please visit the nearest IDFC FIRST Bank branch or login to net banking at idfcfirstbank.com to update the email address. Appreciate your understanding!
i have updated my email id. its showing updated email id only in my net banking account. Only on niyo app its still showing the incorrect one and has still not updated the corrected Mail id. Due to this im not able to verify my mail or use any benefits of niyo app like international funds
