Can you please provide more details? And isn’t security provided by the transaction platform, visa in case of the sbm card or am I missing something. Bank provides an extra layer on top of it like OTPs etc whose length varies from bank to bank. Like AXIS has 8 digits while others have 6 and earlier there used to be 4 digits only. Also applies to UPI pins, sbi has a 6 digit pin while hdfc has 4 digits pin.
