I dont have equitas account but Niyox says i am an existing customer

My mom dont have any account in niyox. but it still says “You’re an existing Equitas customer!”.
on this previous thread I was suggested to link my mom’s number with that of aadhar number. Unfortunately this advice had no resolution.

(1/2) I hope you have linked your mother’s Aadhaar card with the mobile number. As per guidelines accounts are opened on the basis of Aadhaar-based KYC for becoming ‘fully KYC-compliant’ accounts.
(2/2) If the number is linked and you are still facing the issue while onboarding kindly get back to us and we shall look into it for you.
