I am unable to create account through Android mobile app “Niyo Global”. I have submitted PAN Card and Aadhar Card details, but everytime I am getting an error “oh no! The CKYC servers are not responding. Attached screenshot regards Anand Soni

Regret the inconvenience! It looks like we are facing an issue while fetching your CKYC details. We kindly request you connect with your existing bank or mutual funds service provider and update your CKYC details. Once the details are updated, we may try onboarding.
