Hey @Sanjay4 ! As per our system’s latest information, we see that you’ve completed OTP-Based e-KYC due to which we couldn’t help you with the onboarding for Niyo SBM. For Niyo SBM, the KYC type should be Normal.-WB

Sir as of now from today I have completed kyc verification and my account has been complete full kyc account so… hereby I request you to look into itmy account again and please resolve my problem as soon as possible

Hi @Sanjay4, According to the most recent data in our system, we can see that you have finished OTP-Based e-KYC, hence we were unable to assist you with the onboarding for Niyo SBM. The KYC type for Niyo SBM should be Normal.
