# How to Unfreeze my account

Hi,

My account was frozen/ blocked from yesterday.  
I complaint to Niyoglobal customer support. Andalso i raised the ticket.  
But still i am not able to use my Account.

That shows My account is blocked or Frozen without knowing the concern mail or any intimation from niyo global.

Is there a any possibility to unblock my account.  
My fund also stucked in my account.

Hi Niyo CC/member,

Me and my friends also going to Qatar in next few days,  
In this case, the niyo global block/frozen my Account and my Friend’s account from yesterday.

They was suddenly doing this.  
We are communicate with Niyoglobal CC.  
BUT, we are not getting any good things happen from niyo.

Still, we had stucked fund and Transaction of ours.

Hi,

My Niyo Global account was blocked / frozen from yesterday.

I asked to CC For Resolve the issue.

But still nothing from from niyo.
