🌍 **From a Tweet to a Lifesaver: My Niyo Experience!** ✨ It all started with **research and a tweet.** Back in 2023, while preparing for an upcoming trip, I applied for a **Niyo SBM Debit Card.** Just 15 days later, I found out that international transactions were paused for the SBM Debit card, and I needed a **Niyo SBM Credit Card** instead. The catch? I had only **six days** before my departure! 😱 I turned to Twitter and shared my situation with Niyo twitter (now X) handle. To my surprise, **I got a call from Niyo, and on the other end of the line was someone who truly went above and beyond!** 📞 I had a long list of questions ready, and he patiently answered them one by one. Not only that, but he also expedited the delivery of my credit card, it arrived just a day before my flight! Talk about top-notch support! 🚀 Can you guess who it was? For me, Niyo has helped in many ways. As a regular traveler, I was able to save a lot of money using Niyo debit and credit cards. But now I’d like to share my experience booking a visa through Niyo. Before my last visit to Dubai, I was comparing various visa agents for Dubai visas and found Niyo to be cheaper. ![Screenshot_20250211_071727_Niyo](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex021/uploads/goniyo/original/3X/e/8/e8c9ff390ea63fe5f62f37547ebbc419e1b5d6b1.jpeg) The base price of the Dubai visa on Niyo was way cheaper than any other agent’s. Also, I was able to save around 1500 rupees using Niyo coins. Overall, I got my Dubai visa for a good deal through Niyo. It only took 3 days for the visa to arrive. Also, during my entire trip, I used my Niyo DCB debit card and Niyo SBM credit card. Both worked seamlessly. ---

I’ve had a pretty outstanding experience with my Niyo card and app, overall. A few things that are worthy of being highlighted: 1. It took me 30 seconds to enable travel mode in the app before I set out to the USA. 2. ⁠No. Hidden. Fees. Whatsoever. This feature alone makes me reach for this card only, while travelling abroad. 3. ⁠Topping it up is a breeze. No visits to the bank necessary. This is such an under rated feature but saves me so much time. 4. ⁠The card’s never been denied, no matter where I’ve travelled to. 5. ⁠The ATM locator is an indispensable part of my planning process while discovering a new city.
