I lost my phone and i don’t have access to my sim which was registered with my niyo account and i want to login again.
Is there any other way to log it in?

We are sorry about it. Currently, we do not have the facility to change the registered mobile number. We’d request you to apply for the registered SIM and try logging into the app. However, feedback on this has been noted and it will be shared with our team to see if we can bring any alternative ways in the future.
