So I have here a transaction made on 11 may from niyo dcb to niyo sbm. It hasn’t been reflected in niyo sbm account yet. I don’t know how much shld I chat with the support … It’s a big amount that has been stuck between two services for quite a while. Created endless amount of tickets and all went in vain.
