Getting Incorrect Password error in the Niyo Global App

I got Niyo DCB global card KYC done today and got the card from the Niyo agent (he said card is now activated before leaving).

Niyo Global by DCB app (android) always says Incorrect Password, even after successfully resetting the password many times using the ‘Forgot Password’ from the app.

Not exactly customer delight, but please help.

Hey Abhishek, your account creation is not complete yet. The KYC is still in process. It needs to be done physically at the bank. Kindly wait till Monday for KYC to be completed and then you will be able to access the account from the app. SR
