How Can i Freeze or temporarily block my account?

Hi @Pawan_Saini, welcome to our community! Yes, you can now block (debit freeze) your account online by visiting the Equitas Small Finance Bank’s internet banking portal. All you need to do is login to the Equitas net banking page EquitasConsumerApp and register yourself as a new user and follow the below steps

  1. log in to Equitas internet banking
  2. On the home page, click on ‘Service Request’ and then choose ‘DIY Services’
  3. Click on 'Block (Debit freeze) your account
  4. Select your account number and click on ‘Proceed’
  5. Enter the OTP

Hi @Pawan_Saini, Yes, you can now unblock your account online by visiting Equitas Small Finance Bank’s internet banking portal. All you need to do is log in to Equitas net banking page EquitasConsumerApp and register yourself as a new user and follow the below steps

  1. Log in to Equitas internet banking
  2. On the home page, click on ‘Service Request’ and then choose ‘DIY Services’
  3. Click on 'Unblock your account
  4. Select the account number and click on ‘Proceed’
  5. Enter the OTP Once the activation request is raised, the activation process will take 3 days.
