Foreign inward remittance stuck for over 1 month

My client had transferred Euro 2353 on 03.08.2022. However due to code mismatch, my RM Mitali Srivastava informed me on 26.08.2022 that the amount cannot be credited to my account and will be trasnferred back to the sender. This will take 2 to 7 working days. Today it is 17.09.2022 still my client has not received the money and the bank/RM/Customer service is not providing me any details for the transaction. Please contact me since I’m facing lot of inconvenience.
