I think Register and Pay is the best option. I have registered my Electricity & Mobile Bill in one of the payment app in which I can view the bill by just refreshing the app and pay via UPI. Thanks to NPCI :). Autopay is also convenient but in case of bill discrepancy the process is quite tedious.
