Error on signup "Full CKYC update needs to be less than 4 years old"

Hi Guys,

I am trying to signup but it gives error stating “You did not meet the outlined CKYC conditions”

  1. At least one full CKYC entry
  2. Full CKYC update needs to be less than 4 years old

I already have CKYC done and it was even created within last 4 years period.

Please help. I am in urgent need.
