Hey @Srushti_S_Pandit! Welcome to Niyo Community!

The pin code error pops up if we do not have our delivery service in your region. You can change or add a new communication address with a different Pin Code and proceed with the onboarding formalities.

Hi Team,

Any specific reason why Chennai pincodes are not serviceable ? Pincodes in other parts of Tamil Nadu and Kerala work.
