Delay in account opening

Dear Team,
We are travelling to Germany and we need NIYO card on priority. We already wasted 10 days dues to some app error at your end. Now we again get email saying account opening is delayed and wil take around 7 to 10 working days. We do not have that much time, and if the account is opened post they travel, it is of no use to us. Please understand and address this on priority and help us with Niyo card.
