All debits are disallowed from my account & no method of transaction including IMPS service working for me… whatsapp support not solving even understanding the problem…my money stucked & I am frustrated

I am faced with this problem as well. I can’t even use my card on ecommerce platforms. Niyo accounts have been plagued with glitches and poor customer service for the past few months.
However, I was able to withdraw my money using paytm’s UPI(though even there is a transaction limit of measly 10,000/transaction).
