Debit card not shipping issues


I applied for a physical debit card on June 05, 2022. The notification said I will receive the card max by June 13. However, till now the card has not been shipped out. When I reach out to your support team, they blame it on Delhivery. However, what will Delhivery do until the packet is handed over to them for delivery.

Can someone please look into this and suggest a solution instead of just snowballing? I am regretting spending my time and hoping for a smooth experience with Niyo.

Usually, it takes up to 15 days to get the card delivered to your communication address. As you ordered the card on the 5th, we kindly request you to wait and you may receive the card within the given timelines. If the card is not delivered within the timelines, kindly reach out to our in-app Live Chat Support and we’ll help you with it.
