I applied for a physical debit card on June 05, 2022. The notification said I will receive the card max by June 13. However, till now the card has not been shipped out. When I reach out to your support team, they blame it on Delhivery. However, what will Delhivery do until the packet is handed over to them for delivery.
Can someone please look into this and suggest a solution instead of just snowballing? I am regretting spending my time and hoping for a smooth experience with Niyo.
