I am trying to create a new niyo account and have reached the verifying of file number step. Here, it is giving me a prompt that the file number that I entered is not of my passport. I have not renewed this passport and the passport is valid. What should I do?

I have mailed at yesterday itself. I got a ticket number, but haven’t received a reply till now.


I received a mail from customer care saying that the is the support team for Niyo global by DCB and I have to contact the customer service via the app for SBM. I am not able to find the customer support options in the app. What should I do?
