I have registered multiple complaints regarding missing nominee details in my account. It’s been 4+ months and still no one from Niyo resolved it.

So after 4 months you are giving this so called resolution, huh??? If this was the solution what the need for Niyo support??
I clearly mentioned nominee details at the time of registration with Niyo.
