I changed my communication address using the Equitas Net Banking but even after that my communication address in NIYOX app for KYC is being shown as the Aadhar address. Not able to do KYC because of this. Please help.

I have already done what’s mentioned in that thread. I also tried calling the customer helpline number but it gets disconnected after language selection.
