Whenever i try to create an account this message coming. I have full ckyc updated with bank and have ckyc updated pdf, So what to do for creating account.

Community. Sorry, we missed your post. Could you please confirm if you were able to create your Niyo Global by SBM account?
No my sbm account is not created everytime same ckyc server is not responding message appears on screens, even i try with my different phone numbers, after uploading signature this ckyc error come. Please help me to create a account.
