Whenever i am try to creating a account a error showing ckyc server not responding i trying to create a account from last 4 months

Regret the inconvenience. :pensive: It looks like there’s a technical issue due to which you were unable to proceed further to open Niyo Global by SBM account. We’ll have this checked with our team and try to help you. However, this may take some more time for us. In the meanwhile, you may try opening a NiyoX.

As we checked with our team, we are sorry to let you know that we cannot onboard you for Niyo Global by SBM due to the CKYC issue. Our team is working to bring alternative ways but this may take a slightly longer time. In the meantime, you may try onboarding for NiyoX
