CKYC Issue on Account Opening

Unable to open account due to CKYC error. Reason pls. ?

Wish we could’ve helped you here. It looks like you haven’t met the required onboarding criteria set for Niyo Global by SBM due to which we couldn’t proceed further. Do not worry, we are working to bring alternative ways to onboard the users facing such issues. In the meantime, you may try NiyoX.

While account creation, OTP authentication wasn’t done properly in the first attempt post which your system responded with the mentioned error. I don’t think there’s any compliance issue here. Pls check
