CKYC Error while onboarding

Hi ,
This is in regards to the CKYC error I got while onboarding.
Next day I checked with SBI and got to know that my CKYC details are intact.
I can share my CKYC number with you.
I also checked my PAN and Adhar are linked, they have the same DOB and Name .

So all looks correct at my end , then why am I getting this error ?

Also my name and dob all are same on OAN and Adhaar.

Is there any particular CKYC requirement for Niyo SBM cards?
