I keep getting this error. I need to know what can be done.i checked the forums and it seems the issue was discussed last year. Please help me out.

We are sorry to let you know that your CKYC details didn’t match the requirement to onboard for Niyo Global by SBM due to which we couldn’t onboard you. Our team is working to bring an alternative way to onboard the users who are facing CKYC issues. However, it will take some more time. In the meantime, you may try NiyoX
