CKYC Error I just got Full ckyc entry

I didn’t have full kyc entry Before but I got it done recently and received mail from Ckyc about it being registered and I contacted Niyo Global Sbm support and they’re just forwarding the same message again and again , here I have uploaded proof that I have got Full kyc @Bansari @ashrithjain
